Welcome back to Komet Hockey! Please read this letter as it contains information that you will need

As a season ticket holder you are once again entered into the Orange Collar Crowd free rewards program. 

             #1 You should have an Orange Collar card that is colored orange and has the bar code with card number on the back.  Cards issued prior to 2007-08 will not work anymore.

#2  You should have at least as many cards as last year – up to one card per ticket you own.

#3 If you have more cards than you want – please return them. If you did not get enough cards please stop by the Information Booth at the next game.

#4 You must activate all your cards, not just one.  You must activate before you can start redeeming prizes or checking your points online.   Go to www.orangecollarcrowd.com or just go to the Komets website, find the Orange Collar logo and click on it. It’s here where you'll set each of your cards up.

- Click on the activate card button.  Enter the info, then follow the instructions.  You'll get a code emailed to you and a link to click on.  Once you do that your card will be registered.  Or if you already have your activation code just enter that and you'll be on to the next step

- You will also want to enter all your contact info and it is here at this step that you can make your password whatever you want it to be.

After you have registered ALL your cards, not just one, then you’re ready to scan your card at games and at the souvenir stand. From here it works the same way as before. One other thing here: don’t worry if you have not registered your card before the first game. The card will still be credited with points after scanning. But, you will need to register the card before you start redeeming for prizes.

When you’re ready to start spending your points, just check out the website and scroll through the prizes. When you find something you like, log in with your card number and password and redeem your prize. You will get an email after redeeming with instructions on how to collect your prize.

You can scan your card for points in the following ways:

-          Attend a game (5 points)

-          Attend a game on Mon-Thurs – non-holiday (10 points)

-          Purchase souvenirs at the Main souvenir stand (1 point for every $5 spent)
